CASE - Person accused of theft. Everything was captured on video at Nordstrom's. (Never steal from Nordstrom's... they have excellent security!) RESULT - Worked out a deal with the prosecutors and got the case dismissed. |

Aggravated Robbery Collin County |

|
CASE - 17-year-old charged with aggravated robbery. State recommended 25 years in the penintentiary. RESULT - Jury found guilty of the lessor charge of robbery. Defendant given minimum sentence and was placed on probation for 2 years. |

CASE - High school student charged with fighting in school for breaking a kid's nose in a fight between classes. Incident captured on in-school video. RESULT - After tracking down live witnesses that supported self-defense claim, defendant found not guilty. |

CASE - DWI in Collin County where my client admitted drinking and smoking marijuana. He consented to a blood draw. However, the blood test confirmed the alcohol, but also showed cocaine. RESULT - The police officer performed the standard field sobriety test worse than my client. Not guilty. |
